The entire hotel is open air, allowing noise from outside to invade your room!!! Rooms are outdated and require renovation!!! The property is isolated, leaving you stranded without a car!!!

I had a comfortable three-night stay in a Deluxe King Room with Ocean View and Balcony, where I loved the stunning ocean view and the serene atmosphere. The outdoor swimming pool and spa were fantastic spots to unwind after a day of fun. Just a heads up, the room was a bit far from the main amenities, but it was still a great experience overall! 🌊

service could use improvement, especially at the restaurant. We had to wait longer than expected for our meals. However, the New Year's party was fantastic, and the sports bar had some delicious American food options.

I truly enjoyed my stay, especially the easy access to the nearby Complex Recreativo y Cultural La Guancha, just about a 15-minute walk from the hotel, and the serene walking paths along the Paseo Tablado La Guancha.

I really enjoyed the beautiful pool area and the delicious breakfast buffet during my stay. My room was comfortable and had an amazing ocean view!

The bedding was comfortable, but our patio was a public walkway.

the deluxe double room with ocean view was stunning. i loved having a balcony to enjoy the view. the hotel is close to the beach and offers nice amenities for relaxation. the continental breakfast was decent and a great perk for diamond members. many guests appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms.
